New York-based production house Sticky Bunz Productions has signed its first contract girl.
The company, which was founded in January, signed newcomer Demi Delia on Sunday to be its first contract star for a new all-girl line. Delia is the wife of AVN Hall of Fame performer Randy Spears.
“We interviewed a few different girls and in the end she turned out to be what we were looking for,” said Niko St. James, Sticky Bunz owner.
Under the year-long deal, Delia will perform in a minimum 24 titles and will also represent the company during promotional events. Other terms were not disclosed.
The company, which is headquartered in New York, has just one title under its belt, the upcoming Girls Gone Sticky. But with Delia’s signing, St. James is looking to ramp up production in the coming weeks.
“She only does girl-girl, but that’s one of the niches that we’re into and she’s going to be great for us,” he said.
Delia joined the industry in January when she began performing primarily in adult Internet sites. But she has since performed in 12 titles that were either girl-girl or with her husband.
“I’ve been around the industry for three years since I go see Randy all the time on sets, but only recently did I want to start performing,” she said.
“I love girls so this is going to be fun working with other girls.”
Although Spears will not perform with his wife, because of his exclusive contract with Wicked Pictures, he may direct her or appear in non-sex roles, he said.
“She started doing a few things and it started to take off when she was getting all these offers so I tried to help her, but she’s a pretty good businesswoman and a good performer,” said Spears, who met Delia three years ago and married her in October.
“She knows how to deliver a good performance."
