Tera Patrick performs in her first girl/girl scene ever with Vivid Girl Savanna Samson in Tera! Tera! Tera!, the first joint release from Vivid Video and Teravision, which began shipping today.
“It was awesome. I’ve never done a girl/girl scene at all. I’ve done softcore, but never hardcore,” Patrick told AVN.com, acknowledging that working with Samson convinced her to drop any aversions she had about performing with other women. ”I just shot two more movies and I did girl/girl scenes in those movies, so yeah, I’m loving it.”
In her girl/girl scenes, Patrick says that at time she is the dominant performer and at other times the submissive performer. “You can’t really walk in and say, ‘I’m going to be the dominant one and you’re going to be the submissive one,’” she said. “We just kinda go with mood and see how each of us feels about it”
Tera! Tera! Tera! was Patrick’s first video in two years, but she reports that she felt that she was in better form than ever. “It was really exhilarating because it was my own movie, so I put a lot of effort and love into the whole project,” Patrick said. “Now that I’m working again I ‘m actually enjoying what I’m doing, I’m a little bit older now and more mature and I‘m enjoying the sex now because it’s with my husband and other women.”
“I’m a lot happier in my career and in my life and I think that it shows in my work,” she added.
Patrick appears in three sex scenes in the video. Besides the girl/girl scene with Samson, Patrick and Samson also perform in a scene with Spyder Jones, Patrick’s husband. Patrick and Jones also perform in a boy/girl scene together.
It’s no secret that the Spyder Jones is Evan Seinfeld, frontman for the metal band Biohazard and an actor who had a regularly occurring role on HBO’s Oz. So considering his real identity is known, why not trade in on his mainstream exposure?
“You only get one chance in your life to have a cool name. Evan Seinfeld is my given name. Porn is all about illusions and masked identities, so I took the opportunity to have fun with it. Basically, we just thought Spyder Jones was cool and kinda humorous,” Jones said.
“The other reason for using a porn name is that I have a nine-year-old kid and I don’t think he needs the other kids at school bringing it up, even though he’ll probably think it’s cool when he’s 14.
“Spyder is a nickname of mine anyway because I have a full back tattoo of a spider,” Jones added.
Tera! Tera! Tera! was directed by Chi Chi La Rue. “She did a great job with Tera. She understood that a woman wants to look beautiful and she shot the video that way,” Jones said.
