Falcon Teams with DHD

E-commerce and e-media service provider DHD Media has teamed with Conwest Resources, the parent company of gay entertainment giants The Falcon Family of Companies. DHD will deliver Falcon’s online processing services, streaming, and digital rights management (DRM).

Falcon previously used an in-house solution for the services DHD now provides. The company had different providers for video delivery, DRM, and payment processing. Conwest executives decided to combine the solutions with DHD to lower costs.

“The decision to move away from our homegrown system was driven by our desire to find a seamless solution – one that focused on performance, ease of integration, and flexibility of reporting – three areas we found DHD to excel in. In addition, DHD’s commitment to making sure we had a solution customized to our needs was a tremendous help in achieving an expeditious and effective migration,” said Todd Montgomery, president and CEO of Conwest Resources.

While DHD has been providing their services to the Adult sector for more than five years, Falcon has been a leader in the industry for more than 30.

“One of the big plusses is the gay market is rapidly growing and one we spend a lot of time on these days. So to get Falcon, who’s sort of the daddy of them all, is really nice,” said Ron Jenkins, president of DHD Media.

“Everyone at Falcon is so driven to build on their hard-earned reputation for excellence that we know it’s a great show of trust when they pick a partner for such vital services. Their continued rapid expansion is testament to this drive and we at DHD Media are excited about being a part of Falcon’s bright future.”

Falcon produces content under the Falcon, Mustang, Jocks, Falcon International and Alone With brand names.

DHD delivers video streaming/DRM, credit card billing/processing, and managed hosting solutions in stand-alone or as an interoperable suite for some of the largest companies in Adult, including studios such as Wicked, Jet Set and Suze Randall.
