Travis Knight and his better half Gina Lynn have launched Gina Lynn Productions, a new company that will produce higher-end gonzo titles that will be released through Exquisite Multimedia.
Though Gina Lynn is still under contract as an exclusive performance contract with Club Video, the adult video arm of Club magazine, she will take an active role in productions, helping with casting, wardrobe, and other behind-the-scene duties.
Tony B, the general manager of Exquisite Multimedia told AVN.com he was glad to have Gina Lynn Productions at his company. “The first release from Gina Lynn Productions looks fantastic, the box was designed by Art Attack, and they put a ton of gold foil on it so it will jump out at people,” he said.
However, Lynn does appear in the first title that EXP will release, Top Notch Bitches, but the scene predates her Club Video contract. Lynn’s scene is with Alexis Amore and Knight, and was tucked away for the future – and the first release of Gina Lynn Productions seemed like a fitting title. “It came out so good that we decided to use it in the first video, so that’ we’d have something together on our first release.”

Every Gina Lynn Productions release will include a new a photo gallery of exclusive photos of Lynn that were taken before her contract, but other than that, Lynn will primarily be involved with the video’s production and promotion.
“I pick out the outfits for the girls, I get their sizes and fit them, and I give them ideas. We kinda want to work together,” Lynn said. “I come up with the style of it and Travis knows how to shoot the hardcore gonzo.”
Lynn is frequently traveling as a feature dancer, which is one of the ways she’ll be promoting her videos, passing out promotional materials at each club she performs at. It also serves as an excellent source for recruiting new faces, which will be a focal point of Top Notch Bitches.
For his part, Knight performs in three scenes in the video that he also directs. Knight directed some of Lynn’s work while she was under contract with Pleasure.
“We’re going to try to do as much as possible from the East Coast, we get a lot of brand new talent. Having Gina really helps that way, because women that weren’t really thinking about adult will decide to something for her,” Knight said.
However, the initial volume of Top Notch Bitches features performers already well known in porn: Alexis Amore, Nicole Sheridan, Cherokee, Jennifer Love, and Christie Lee.
Further plans for Gina Lynn Productions include the development of a free Website for information about upcoming productions, and a pay site that will correspond with the Top Notch Bitches series.
The debut volume of Top Notch Bitches ships next week.
