Excellence Entertainment has announced it is looking for distribution for its high-end feature Tachophobia: The Fear of Speed.
Excellence released the R-rated version of the movie to the mainstream market in January through its sister company A55 Films. But it is still seeking an adult distributor for the $500,000 project.
The film stars such established starlets as Violet Blue, Tawny Roberts, Aurora Snow, Nicole Sheridan and Miko Lee. The movie actually was Roberts' first feature role. Dale DaBone leads the male cast, with Voodoo, Mike Horner and Herschel Savage in supporting roles.
Excellence is the company that produced Jewel Raider in 2001.
The film, which was directed by Jay Jeff, features elaborate stunt work, choreographed fight scenes and plenty of exotic cars. In a cinematic first, Blue and DaBone perform hardcore sex on the hood of a Lamborghini while its speeding down a deserted highway.
Blue plays Brittany Sears who has Tachophobia, the fear of speed, and she must overcome her phobia to race in Car Warz and save her friends from mob leaders played by Horner and Voodoo.
Excellence Entertainment has several other adult titles available for distribution and is preparing to shoot the sequel of Jewel Raider.
