For the last six months the online destination for Elegant Angel was nothing more than a single "under construction" page, as Elegant Angel built a resource specifically to inform customers, press, and distributors about its releases.
Now www.elegantangel.com offers everything from box covers to clues about "Easter eggs" hidden on the company's DVDs.
The company doesn't consider the site a redesign, but an entirely new resource for fans and distributors to keep up with the latest that Elegant Angel has to offer.
"This bears no relation to any of the incarnations that preceded it. It's completely new and was created to meet consumer demand about product in today's crowded marketplace," Graham Travis of Elegant Angel told AVN.com. "Today's consumers tend to be more discerning, and we're happy to provide them with materials to help with their decisions."
With that in consumers in mind, the central focus of the Web site includes box covers, trailers, photo galleries, ordering information, and news about the company's future productions, all elements that weren't incorporated to the satisfaction of Elegant Angel in previous versions of the site.
"It shouldn't have been so hard to get our box covers, and trailers online for people to enjoy, while acquainting themselves with our product," Travis said. "I hope with the feedback of our customers we can make the necessary improvements, but at least this can be done within the context of a fun engaging experience for everybody who visits.
Elegant Angel's new Web site also has sections such as: an "Easter Egg Hunt," section, that gives customers a sneak preview, and reveals the location of Elegant Angel DVD Easter Eggs; an "Interviews," section, with words from the company owner Patrick Collins, and a "Music" section, devoted to William H's movie theme songs.
