After months of searching for just the right person for their sales team, Lava Releasing announced Friday it has "won the battle" for veteran Ed Kail.
“It’s been a long search,” said Lava's Bob East. “We have spoken with almost every buyer in the industry to see who they could recommend and even ran an article on avn.com. We spoke with anyone who would listen. Finally when Ed became available we went after him full throttle."
Kail's career began with Caballero. After a few years he moved to VCA, his home for over 20 years. After leaving VCA, he repped Elegant Angel for Elegant, and Devil Films for a short time before deciding to take a break.
“I’m excited to be with Lava,” Kail said. “This is a new company with great plans for expansion. I am enthusiastic about helping them grow."
