Dreamgirl International, the Los Angeles-based intimate apparel company, has introduced its 2006-07 bridal, lingerie and dance and clubbing collection, featuring body-hugging dresses, tops, teddies, thongs and corsets.
Dreamgirl Chief Executive Christopher Scharff said he was pleased with buyers’ response to the company’s new line of dance and so-called clubwear.
“We have more than doubled the size of the line in one year because of the enthusiastic reception which we have received from buyers across the continent,” he said in a statement issued in Paris where the collection was officially introduced.
The dance and clubwear collection features a variety of microfiber outfits trimmed with beads, sequins, rhinestones and chains.
The lingerie collection, dubbed Red Diamond, features more than 30 new styles in the “one size fits most” category. The collection also includes lace-up front dresses with matching thongs along with stretch camisoles and stretch lace Babydolls.
The company’s new line of corsets features the “Ursula Reversible” reversible corset with a pink scroll pattern on one side and a black satin pattern on the other.
Dreamgirl’s bridal collection includes gowns and undergarments made with soft nylon Lycra Net and stretch lace trim. The collection also includes corsets, garters, panties and stockings.
