NEW ORLEANS—Mistress Cyan, founder and president of DomCon, has announced that DomCon New Orleans is expanding to five days, opening on Wednesday, October 22, for an extra day of seminars and classes for BDSM professionals.
DomCon New Orleans, a professional and lifestyle domination convention, brings together dominatrixes, fetish supermodels, sex educators, content creators and BDSM enthusiasts from around the world to the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 739 Canal Street in the historic French Quarter.
Presented by Bad Dragon, JustFor.fans and Hustler Hollywood, this year's DomCon in “the Big Easy” will run October 22 through 26.
The show begins with workshops for BDSM professionals, with subjects including legal issues, finances, health and wellness, as well as new kinky techniques. Then, on Thursday evening, DomCon rolls out the red carpet to the kinky public as opening ceremonies kick off and welcome the lifestyle side for the weekend.
"Submissions for programming and presenters are now open," Mistress Cyan said. "I sincerely recommend applying as soon as possible. Our deadline to submit a class or workshop is August 1, and submissions are already coming in."
Last year, DomCon New Orleans had more than 700 guests, who attended various activities including classes, workshops, kinky shopping, the “official second line” parade, and a variety of socials and parties.
