Digital Playground has released a stand-alone soundtrack for its 2005 release, Pirates. With mainstream distribution through Skin Muzik, the Pirates original soundtrack features 12 original songs from the DVD, which, among its many awards, received a statuette for Best Music at the 2006 AVN Awards.
Joone, Digital Playground founder and director of Pirates, said he’s excited about the release of the soundtrack. “I’m extremely pleased that the soundtrack is available for all audiences. The music is phenomenal.”
“Every format of Pirates we release is an instant bestseller,” said Digital Playground President Samantha Lewis. “The soundtrack is just another example of what a phenomenon this project has been for us.”
Shot on location in California and off the coast of Florida by Digital Playground and Adam & Eve, Pirates was released as an adult feature in September of 2005. It stars Jesse Jane, Carmen Luvana, Janine, Teagan Presley, Devon, Austyn Moore and Jenaveve Jolie.
