LOS ANGELES—Digital Playground today premieres Raw, a four-part zombie apocalypse saga directed by Ricky Greenwood and starring Anna Claire Clouds, Roxie Sinner, Chantal Danielle, Isiah Maxwell, Victor Ray and Seth Gamble.
In the movie, reigning AVN Female Performer of the Year Clouds plays Hannah, a woman whose quiet suburban life explodes into madness when an unknown virus infects her boyfriend, Ben (Maxwell).
Director Greenwood shares his thoughts about bringing his favorite genre to life: “Working on Raw was an absolute thrill. I’ve always loved zombie films, and getting to bring that passion in my adult film work felt natural. Anna Claire Clouds was incredible, she truly brought the undead to life, and seeing this beautiful cast transform into something hauntingly captivating was incredible.”
As promo materials elaborate, "Desperate to survive, she finds unexpected allies in Maria and Jacob (Sinner and Ray), a fearlessly hot couple, and a band of doomsday experts led by Lukas (Gamble). Charismatic and unpredictable, Lukas reigns over his compound with the power of seduction, flanked by his fiercely devoted followers, Ava (Danielle) and Biggs (Dick Chibbles). As Hannah is drawn deeper into Lukas’s world, her boundaries are blurred. To make it out alive, she’ll need to transform from sheltered suburban girl into something far more primal and raw."
For her part, Clouds offers, “Working on Raw has been one of the highlights of my career! The cast and crew put everything into it, from the sex, to the cinema, to the acting. Raw fulfilled what every zombie movie requires to be an absolute hit. But with the added edge of getting fucked during the impending doom. Which is what we all are thinking about in the average zombie movie, let’s be honest! The sex is above and beyond real in Raw, so it takes it a step farther than your average zombie movie!
