Diabolic Video along with its sister label Anabolic, will soon be moving into new quarters.
“We’ve grown a lot so we really needed bigger space,” said Gregg Alan, Diabolic’s president.
“We knew we would need a larger building to accommodate us so Chris [Roos, business partner and Anabolic owner] and I got this property and built this building."
The company will likely move in the next few weeks from its current 23,000-square-foot building in Chatsworth to the 63,000-square-foot structure just a few blocks away, Alan said. The building will feature 18,000 square feet of office space and 45,000-square-feet of warehouse space.
Thanks largely to a growing inventory of titles and its fast-growing novelty business the company started last year, Diabolic is in dire need of office and warehouse space.
“We didn’t want to get into the novelty business full time, but it’s really taken off since we started it last August,” Alan said.
The new structure will have separate warehouse space for Anabolic and Diabolic’s titles, as well as Diabolic Novelties, made up of vibrators and non-vibrating dildos. With just 10 items making up its novelties line, the company is adding 15 more which will include rubber replicas of its contract star Katsumi’s vagina and backside.
The company’s changes will also include its Web site, www.diabolicvideo.com which is undergoing upgrades for easier navigation and easier access to its video store area.
The company is also continuing its steady stream of titles which include the latest release of Spring Chickens #14, featuring newcomers Estelle, Nyomi Zen, Alexa Siren, Jenaveve Jolie, Tiffany Taylor and Alicia Alighatti.
Initiations #17 is another showcase for newcomers who like to get messy, featuring Sasha Knox, Genesis Skye, Jasmine Tame, Renee Richards, Veronica Rayne and Cosette Angelique.
Although the Penetrations line hadn’t seen a new edition in three years, Anabolic brings in its 10th installment featuring double anals, 14 cumshots and eight new hotties. It stars Alicia Alighatti, Simone Schiffer, Sandra Romain, Jasmin Tame, Mulan Wang, Christie Lee, Daisy Marie and Nollie.
All three titles were directed by Chico Wang.
