Denmark-based adult video producer Pinelake Productions has bought a 50 percent stake in European satellite company InXtc TV's hardcore channel.
Marc Duvall, Pinelake’s co-founder and general manager, said the deal allows his company to run its hardcore adult IPTV channel.
“We’re very excited to join InXtc and join the people there. It gives us even greater presence in the European market through satellite,” Duvall said.
As part of the deal, Pinelake also takes over sales and marketing operations for the hardcore channel. It will also provide new movies from its library as well as movies from other mostly European production houses.
The channel will also be available for affiliate programs through live streaming on Web sites, featuring brand new movies.
InXtc is available throughout Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and India.
Meanwhile the company has recently released two new titles produced in the Ukraine, Russian Institute and The Red Army is Cums For Me.
