Adult performer Dick Delaware, aka Aaron Brink, ended his three-month retirement from professional mixed martial arts Sunday with a spirited scrap with Eli Joslin in King of the Cage that ended in defeat.
Brink (25-18-1) controlled the action from the start at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in Fresno, Calif., taking down the much heavier Joslin three times before getting caught in a guillotine choke while on top of his opponent, forcing him to tap out four minutes into the fight.
The 6-foot-3 Brink entered the fight as a heavyweight at 231 pounds, while the 6-2 Joslin tipped the scale at 247 at the weigh-in. Joslin, from Yosemite, Calif., was fighting in front of his hometown crowd. He is best known for his brief stint on Spike TV's original "Ultimate Fighter" reality show, where he bowed out after two episodes saying he didn't like being on camera all the time. His professional record was not available.
Brink, who performed in three sex scenes last week in between training, has dropped four conseuctive MMA fights dating back to October. He now fights out of Oceanside, Calif., and will continue his career on April 29 in Glendale, Ariz., against longtime nemesis Homer Moore at Rage in the Cage. Brink was scheduled to make his comeback on March 26 against Todd Medina at King of the Cage in San Jacinto, Calif., but Medina pulled out of the bout less than an hour before it was scheduled to happen.
Adult performer Tyler Durden and Zero Tolerance producer Travis Nestor were among's Brink's supporters at Sunday's fight. Brink was not available for comment at press time.
