The official program guide of the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) closes on November 24, meaning production companies have only two days left to turn in stills of the talent they will have appearing at their booth.
As an added value to consumers, this year’s official AEE program guide features a "Meet the Stars" section – a reference that attendees can use to find where their favorite performers are signing, and a photo gallery of performers that will be signing at booths.
Jay Moyes, AVN’s production manager, explained how the photo gallery could help production companies drive traffic to their booths, “Not every fan knows the name of every porn star, but if a fan sees a photo of a porn star that catches his or her fancy, they’re more likely to visit that porn star at whatever booth he or she is appearing at.”
AVN plans on producing and distributing more than 20,000 program guides at January’s expo, insuring both industry insiders and consumers have a comprehensive handbook for AEE.
The image, either nude or topless, will need to be print quality (RGB color, at least 900 pixels wide). Production companies are asked to include the proper spelling of the performers name, insuring maximum exposure for both the performer and the production company in the program guide that will double as a souvenir autograph book.
Moyes requests that production companies send the images in on a CD, marked "AEE05ForJay", to the AVN offices by November 24th, 2004 to insure a place in the “Meet the Stars” section of the program.
The AVN Adult Entertainment Expo will take place January 6-9, 2005 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
