DRZES (pronounced "D-Rez"), touted as a powerful new hosting management system, has been released by Fad Solutions, which calls it a back-end system aimed at simplifying a hosting company's daily operations.
"DRZES concentrates on the needs of hosting companies to insure ease of navigation and individual branding," Fad Solutions said, announcing the release. "Built-in features include the ability to customize the entire website front end, something the developers of DRZES understand completely. The company who uses DRZES will brand [its] own logo."
Fad president Frank Deprisco said it took 11 months to develop and beta-test the program. "I had about 25 beta-testers," he said. "It was primarily built for the adult hosting market, which I was involved with years ago. But the biggest advantage [of DZRES] is the ability to manage any number of servers from one location. The response has been very good, though you go through the growth periods with a lot of requests for added features."
Deprisco said there would be updates and newer features added throughout the summer, which he hopes brings DZRES to parity with other hosting management programs like Plesk by then.
Designed by Elro, DRZES features capabilities for generating shared and dedicated hosting plans, creating plan templates for hosting packages, creating unique sets of extras and options for specific plans, collecting clients' personal information, creating custom success pages, and creating custom email templates.
Those address the website front-end areas. Customer areas are addressed through the program's capabilities for developing billing-issue management, account information modification, usage statistic development for all plans or dedicated servers, control panel functions like domain and email management, domain name registration, referral statistics, and single-location plan and server management.
Website administration areas are addressed through DRZES's capabilities for developing client statistic overviews, server and plan statistics overviews, client management, email functions, control panel functions, overall finance views, system settings management, centralized-location server management, batch billing functions, user administration and administrators' level settings, and usage statistics management.
The program also offers a client multiple billing options, bandwidth monitoring, guaranteed updates, and continuously added new features, as well as a full support system for client issues and technical troubleshooting, Fad said.
A demo version of DRZES is available at the product's website, with variable pricing based upon the number of servers a client needs to manage set now at special summer rates through the end of August. And clients who refer others to DZRES can earn a 20 percent one-time commission for every copy sold through that referral.
