Meridian \nCANOGA PARK, CA - Czech-born Europorn starlet Meridian has become Wicked Pictures's newest contract girl.
The Prague native, whose credits include Euro Hardball 6 and Girls of Prague, finished a photo shoot for Penthouse Monday and signed the Wicked deal. She's planned as a Penthouse Pet for a forthcoming issue.
AVN Hall of Fame director Richard Mailer discovered Meridian and has long suspected the Czech beauty could become one of the next big porn stars. Meridian herself has told AVN she was looking forward to doing American-based film and magazine work.
Mailer says he's planning also to work in a new format, involving combining real stories with performers relating their own and taking them back into their movie roles, and he plans to include Meridian in that project. Meridian's Wicked films will likely be European-based, for the most part.
"It's going to be one of the most lavish productions people have seen to come out of the Czech Republic," he says.
Meridian will shoot the film in her native country and return as needed for personal appearances for Wicked as well as a few films.
