Cruising for Sex, a free gay website partly based in the hurricane-ravaged New Orleans area, has resolved the face-off it had with online fund transfer service PayPal over a freeze placed on donations collected for CFS employees affected by Katrina.
In a press release from CFS founder Keith Griffith, he stated, “I don’t know why they changed their decision, but I am grateful that someone in that company recognized the wrong-headed nature of their position and reversed it.”
People with PayPal accounts who wish to donate to this cause can now do so by using the email address [email protected].
