And you thought the happy fallout from the AVN Awards would have dissipated by now? Think again –one lucky couple bagged themselves a free trip to the awards when they won a contest co-sponsored by GameLink and Video Team.
Dewayne and Jo Ellen Heintz went all-expenses-paid to the AVN Awards show, where their escorts included Video Team chief Christian Mann – who had reason enough in his own right to celebrate, his studio taking Best All Girl Series and Best Asian Series awards.
"It was great," Dewayne said of the big night, which included strolling into the big event with Ayana Angel and scoring stage-side seats to the ceremony and banquet. "What can I say? The AVN banquet was a once-in-a-lifetime event. We had to keep stopping for pictures. Hell, some of the people were taking pictures of Jo Ellen. Thank you, again!"
Mann thought just as highly of the Heintzes. "The winning couple was very nice as well," he said. "Which makes it all the more cool to give something cool back to the people that make it all happen for us."
