It's not every day we get an opportunity to chat with Michelle Lay, the self-proclaimed California Bad Girl, star of both stage and screen (or more specifically, the Internet and DVDs). And if she wasn't busy enough, the sex kitten shows up on KSEXRadio.com on Wednesdays as co-host of "The Wanker Show."
Recently Michelle took some time from her busy schedule of shooting content for her official site, filming erotic sex scenes, and other activities befitting a true "bad girl" to engage in a sassy conversation about life, work, and other beguiling subjects.
Tripp Daniels: Your official site ––Michellelay.com – is fantastic; there's so much to see. Any upcoming changes or additions surfers and members should look for?
Michelle Lay: Yes. I am doing a total makeover to my website. Right now, there is a new splash page and a new members' area. Also, all of my members receive a free membership to KSEXradio.com and the CAMZ network, which features dozens of hot porn chicks (myself included) doing live, 24/7 cam shows. TD: And how long has Michellelay.com been on the Net?
ML: About three years now as Michelle Lay …one year prior to that I was CaliforniaBadGirl.com before I became a "pro."
TD: Is CaliforniaBadGirl.com the same as your official site?
ML: Yes, it is…It all goes to the same members' area. I originally started out as "California Bad Girl" before I started doing porn.
TD: How involved are you in the daily operation of your website?
ML: I run it all! If there is a problem, you contact me! I do all the updates, I take all the pics, and I run the site myself. That is the ONLY way to do it, for many reasons, one being I get to keep all the profits! Ha-Ha!
TD: There are so many sexy photo galleries of you on the site. I take it you love to be in front of the camera.
ML: Yes, I do! I never thought that day would come though …Believe it or not, I have always had stage fright and been a little shy. I can totally see the difference in my style of pics and my comfort zone in front of the camera from pictures that were taken at the beginning of my career compared to the ones that are taken today. They are much sexier today!
TD: You're also involved with KSEXRadio.com. What's that experience been like? ML: KSEX Radio is an awesome company and family to be a part of. I like being able to express myself on the air; I like being a part of something "solid." It's cool.
TD: And it must be a blast to work with Wankus.
ML: Wankus and I are two peas in a pod in the sense that we can both be very sick and twisted, and we also take our jobs very seriously! We have that "love/hate" relationship going, and it works really well on the show.
TD: There's a nice link on your site that reads "Like My Ass?" Well, yes, I do. That said …how do you keep in such amazing shape?
ML: It's in my jeans! (laughs) I mean genes. Seriously, I do have a very high metabolism, thanks to my father's side, but …I also enjoy working out and doing a lot of cardio activities (sex being one of them!). I work out three to four times a week …sometimes more if my schedule permits.
TD: What inspires you?
ML: Love. Good relationships with my friends, family, and loved ones. If I am happy with my life and myself, it keeps me inspired to continue doing the things I do. Keeping a healthy mind is what also makes me horny!
TD: Are there still career goals you have for yourself?
ML: Honestly …no. I have pretty much achieved everything I have wanted to in my life. As for my "career"…I don't really consider the adult biz a career for me. It is more of a "nasty hobby" that I really enjoy and I get paid to do it! LOL. I am involved in other businesses outside of porn, and I started my own production company called "Insanity Pictures." My only goal is to be happy and live life to the fullest.

ML: Depends on who you ask. Ha-ha. I have many nicknames! "Mick The Stick" (from back in my Michigan days 'cause I was always the skinniest of my friends and they made fun of me!) and "Buggy" or "Bug." Those two were given to me by a special someone.
