Recently captured international fugitive and convicted thief of Sex.com, Stephen Michael Cohen, will finally have to face the man who convicted him.
Cohen has been ordered to appear in Judge James Ware’s San Jose, Calif., courtroom to face a contempt order issued against him in 2001. Ware awarded Sex.com’s rightful owner, Gary Kremen, a $65 million judgment and Cohen subsequently fled the country.
