Clarification: Dynasty In First-Generation Only

Dynasty has not been diagnosed as HIV-positive, as a confusing paragraph in a story posted on AVN.com on Friday evening has lead some to believe.

In the article “Webmasters React To HIV Scare: 'Everyone Is At Risk'”, AVN.com mistakenly stated that two women have been confirmed as HIV-positive. Only one woman, Lara Roxx, has been confirmed as HIV-positive.

Dynasty, a veteran female performer, was added to the first-generation “A” list April 15 when it was discovered she performed in a scene with James on March 25.

Dynasty performed with James just one day after his scene with Roxx, who has since tested positive for the virus.

There has been also some confusion as to whether the name of HIV-positve woman was Lara Roxx or Lara Coxx; she was both. Lara Roxx had worked for a portion of her three-month career in adult under the name Lara Coxx.
