Township officials last week ordered the closure of an adult store after it failed to close on the June 14 federal Flag Day holiday.
Officials said the owners of Adult-Land Triple-X store along Route 422 did not close the shop as required by a Township ordinance that prohibits businesses from being open during state or federal holidays, MSNBC Reported.
The store’s owner said he will file an appeal, claiming he didn’t realize June 14 was a holiday.
