Chris Camacho has joined LFP Video as their director of licensing, a position similar to the one he held for New Sensations/Digital Sin.
"I'm happy to be working in such a great organization. The opportunity to work with such a strong brand, coupled with high quality, and diverse properties is just too exciting for me to put into words fit for print - even for AVN," Camacho told AVN.com.
In his new position at LFP Video, Camacho will handle the licensing of their catalog for broadcast, VOD, hotel and motel markets, PPV, and foreign distribution.
"I'm very grateful to have worked at New Sensations. I never thought that I'd be working in this industry, and I'm glad that my 1st experience was with a great company with excellent product," expressed Camacho. "Scott(Taylor)was always very supportive and that allowed me a lot of freedom. And because of his extensive background in this industry, the education I received was invaluable."
"Chris Camacho was very effective in licensing New Sensations around the world via the deals that he negotiated. Although we are sorry to see him leave, we all understand that LFP Video made a very attractive offer to him which I personally know that he wrestled with for many days," stated New Sensation's Jeff Mullen.
New Sensations will continue to handle their licensing internally and will formally make an announcement on who will take over that position in about one month. Nothing will change with their global partners and all deals for New Sensations licensing will now go to [email protected].
