Director Chico Wang has parted ways with Anabolic/Diabolic, the sister production companies for which he shot exclusively during the last three-and-a-half years. Wang told AVN.com that his departure was an agreeable one. "I've always had a really great working relationship with [Diabolic President] Gregg Allan," he said.
Wang shot 81 movies for the two production companies, all but three of them for Diabolic. His final title for Diabolic is Down the Hatch 22, which hits stores next week.
Allan also said that the split was amicable, and that he felt Wang just wanted to pursue other things.
Wang now plans on returning to the Internet side of the business, where he got his start. The former Extreme Associates webmaster was instrumental in creating the profitable websites meatholes.com and meatcash.com, before moving over to Diabolic.
"I have offers all over the place," Wang said. "But I'm going to be slow about my decision. I might take some time off."
