CECash, the affiliate program spawned by pioneering adult site CyberErotica, has parted ways with longtime webmaster Mike Bertrand, known in the adult industry as MikeB, and content manager Bryan Robinson, known as BigB.
Company officials had no comment but released a statement which read in part, “The decision was not arrived at lightly, but was dictated by important business considerations. CE’s parent is situated offshore, and many of the functions have for years now been migrating to foreign affiliates. These moves are aimed at bringing core activities and assets closer to centralized management facilities and streamlining operating efficiencies for the company. Among the functions that are being affected are content management and strategic marketing, two areas that Bryan and Mike were involved in, and therefore this move was necessary.”
The CE statement went on to thank Bertrand and Robinson for their services. “CECash would like to publicly acknowledge the contributions that BigB and MikeB have made over the years and thank them both for their work on behalf of the company,” the statement read. “We do, of course, wish the two of them the best in all their future endeavors and look forward to continued relationships in their future projects.”
