The second annual Capital Bash will take place in Ottawa on Saturday, Oct. 28.
The free networking event began in 2005, when the adult community came together to support adult webmasters Jim and Jenn Deans of MyWifeBucks.com in a battle against local church groups and neighbors that wanted them to leave the community they had lived in for 10 years.
“We were not sure we were going to hold a second event, but support from the adult community has been fantastic” says Jim.
Several sponsors, such as the Qwebec Expo, Booble.com, and TastyDollars.com already have come on board, and Jim says the interest he has received from all sponsors should help the event sell out again this year.
“This event is more a networking event and celebration of what we all do. We hold this event at cost and use several thousand dollars of our own to support the Capital Bash,” says Jenn, star of TheHiddenWife.com.
This year’s event once again features sponsored bar, painted dancers, limo service, and a pre-party cocktail party at the hotel. All information on attending or sponsorship can be found at CapitalBash.com.
