Hungarian sensation Brigitta Bulgari is visiting Los Angeles for the first time this week for two magazine shoots and an appearance Saturday at Hustler Hollywood.
The 22-year-old, former mainstream model works in adult films exclusively for Sins Pictures, which is based in Rimini, Italy. Sins Pictures titles are distributed in the U.S. by Pleasure Productions, which is her host for the week.
The statuesque performer with platinum blonde hair said her first impression of the U.S. is a positive one.
“The U.S. and Europe are completely different. Everybody is very friendly here, even the guy who brings the towel to the hotel says, ‘How are you?’” Bulgari told AVN.com Tuesday. “… I love the cars. What makes me very interested first thing is the cars with the big [chrome] wheels.”
Bulgari developed an affinity for exotic sports cars a young age. Now when she is at home in Budapest, she drives a black Lamborghini Gallardo and sometimes races it at the Hungaroring, a Formula One circuit that hosts the annual Hungarian Grand Prix.

She is scheduled to shoot for High Society on Thursday and her appearance at Hustler Hollywood on the Sunset Strip is scheduled for 8 to 10 p.m. on Saturday.
Bulgari left the world of high fashion modeling because she grew tired of the unhealthy lifestyle of heavy drug and alcohol consumption, not to mention photographers frequently propositioning her for sex.
“If you ask me if I want to become a model again now, I say, ‘Why not? Maybe now the life has changed. If I do it in my way how I like,” said Bulgari, who has a diamond in one of her front teeth.
Sins Pictures’ Paulo Vannini first met Bulgari through a friend.
“I thought, ‘How can that girl make porno?’ She is such a beautiful girl and we are proud to be the first to partner with her,” Vannini said. “We wanted to make sure the experience was very nice. We have a lot of years of experience and know how to handle a figure and character like Brigitta.”
Vannini said they have been careful not to overshoot Bulgari. She has performed in only select titles such as High Class Euro Sex 1 and 2, Fashion and the upcoming Solution and High Class Euro Sex 3.
“We have joined our minds to build up a figure like Brigitta,” Vannini continued. “We’re not giving Brigitta out for free. It’s a merging of strategy and professionalism.”
Already a superstar in Italy, Bulgari has spent much of the last two months hosting parties at nightclubs there, vacationing in St. Tropez, France and visiting Marbella, Spain.
She plans to attend the Venus Show in Berlin in October and then the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas in January on behalf of Sins Pictures and Pleasure.
Bulgari will soon be featured on the popular mainstream Italian television show, “Chronanche Marziane,” in which viewers can send text messages to her while she is on the air. Meanwhile, the 2006 Brigitta Bulgari calendar (fully nude) will be ready in October.
“It is available all over Italy,” Vannini said. “We’re also shipping the calendar in Korea and Japan.”
In the U.S., her calendar will be available at www.pleasurevip.com, along with her recent DVDs.
“Her new titles have been doing phenomenal,” said Pleasure sales manager Dan Motola. “We’ve gotten a great response from the fans and distributors and video store owners. When her picture is on the box cover, it just jumps out at you.”
