LOS ANGELES—Let Love In, a new autobiographical independent production by adult performer/director Brock Doom, will screen on Sunday, June 8, at 2 p.m. as an official selection of the 2025 Shock-A-Go-Go Film Festival, taking place at the Lumiere Cinema at the Music Hall 3 in Beverly Hills.
The surreal 64-minute picture, which has already won awards on the festival circuit, was directed by and stars Doom as himself, credited under both his stage name and his legal name, Ramzi Abed. It also features a lead acting performance by indie horror starlet Victoria De Mare (Killjoy Goes to Hell, The Rideshare Killer, Stripped), along with appearances by adult star Sophia Jade and indie movie producer Clinton H. Wallace.
According to a provided synopsis, "The movie focuses on a pivotal moment in Brock's career and personal life. Upon finishing a funny submissive foot fetish movie scene with a co-performer (Jade, playing herself), Brock admits that he's basically done with the world of performing or acting in adult films, but he has one scene left that he feels obligated to, and it's with a mainstream indie film actress (De Mare, playing herself too). This last boy/girl scene carries a lot of weight and expectation though, since Victoria only appears in mainstream independent films, so this last scene was sure to be something different. All the while, all that Brock wants to find is love ... real love."
