Bree Mills Wraps Pure Taboo Feature 'The Party's Over'

MONTREAL—Adult Time chief creative officer Bree Mills has completed production on her latest feature for the Pure Taboo brand, The Party’s Over, set for release later this year.

“Welcome to Pure Taboo’s 2025 season!” Mills said. “We’ve got a ton of great releases planned, including several films, featurettes and special projects. I’m super excited for the fans to watch our programming this year!”

Written and directed by Mills and co-produced by Seth Gamble, The Party’s Over stars Liz Jordan, Hailey Rose, Hazel Moore, Lexi Luna, Nick Strokes and Gamble. Reads a company synopsis, "Lana’s (Hazel Moore) 19th birthday party with her two best friends (Liz Jordan, Hailey Rose) takes a dark turn when her troubled brother (Nick Strokes) and deceptive stepfather (Seth Gamble) join the festivities, unearthing hidden desires and buried secrets. As boundaries blur and tensions rise, Lana is forced to confront disturbing truths about her family. By morning, she’s alone, haunted by the chilling question of what happened—to herself and those she thought she knew."

Jordan expressed her excitement about the project, stating, “This project has been so fun to work on. I love being able to shoot taboo scenes that push the norms and make people feel strongly about what we’re doing. And I love being able to act in things that aren’t super porny and like normal porny that you see in everyday scenes.”

Echoed Rose, “I’m very excited that I got to participate in this movie because I’ve always really liked Pure Taboo. And I loved my character. I think it turned out to be really hot and fun. I love working with Bree Mills. It was great working with Seth Gamble, too. I thought the crew and the cast was just incredible and everyone gave their best, so I’m really excited for the fans to see it.”

Moore highlighted the unique visual approach, adding, “I think it’s really cool how they used the camera and lighting to add not just, like, depth or you know, drama to the scene. They’re used to create dynamics and add to the characters—not just the energy of the movie.

“In one of the scenes we did, they use certain camera angles to kind of shift the perspective of power," she continued. "And it wasn’t just like ‘red lights to symbolize being angry’ or anything like that. Like, I started off ‘equal’ with someone, but as the power dynamic shifted the camera angle forced me to be a ‘lesser’ in a sense. It’s different than just like, ‘this color means this,' you know? I really like how in-depth Bree is with the characters. I don’t see that a lot from directors. Like, they usually have a story, but I feel like they don’t ‘know’ the characters.”

Luna, who makes a cameo appearance as Lana’s mother, shared, “It was so much fun to get to be the mom on set. And I always love being able to give that nurturing motherly role on camera because I don’t do it in my personal life. And so I just give it all I have to all of my lovely baby boys and baby girls out there.”

Offered Gamble, “I’m very grateful for the opportunity. I love the script. The Party’s Over is a very fun project. Hailey Rose, Liz Jordan, Hazel Moore and Nick Strokes all did an incredible job. I’m just really excited, honored and humbled to be a part of such amazing projects with Bree Mills. And I’m looking forward to the members and the fans and anybody who watches this to enjoy this amazing project.”

Strokes added, “I had so much fun working with the talent today and so much fun being in this movie. Like I stated earlier, I love working with Bree. I love the way she directs, and I feel like what we did today is something that I’m gonna look for and, like, be really proud of. Bree’s just able to get the best out of everybody and she put me in a situation where I really feel like I could act and, like, portray a character that, you know, that I haven’t really portrayed yet.”

The Party’s Over will be available for streaming and download later in 2025 exclusively on PureTaboo.com and AdultTime.com.
