MONTREAL—Writer/director Bree Mills has completed principal photography on Hard Stop, her latest original feature for Adult Time.
The upcoming drama "follows a self-destructive woman who checks herself into a week-long sex addiction rehab, determined to resist every attempt at emotional connection," according to promo materials. "But as the raw, unfiltered confessions of the other women begin to strip away her defenses, she’s faced with a devastating choice: confront the darkest truth about herself, or remain forever trapped in a cycle of denial."
The project stars Anna Claire Clouds, Jane Wilde, Kenna James, Little Puck, Olivia Jay, Reagan Foxx, Sarah Arabic and Lucky Fate.
“Being on set for Hard Stop with Bree, the cast and the crew has been incredible. Every single person has put their all into this movie,” Clouds said. “The performances and casting couldn’t have been any more perfect. Every performer clearly gave their all, working hard to fully embody their characters in the way they deserved. I’m just so proud to be a part of this amazing movie. I hope everybody watches it.”

Echoed Puck, “There is this, like unspoken electricity on set. Everyone is bringing their A-game and being vulnerable in ways that I think are really powerful. This is the first feature I’ve worked on with such a meaty character to sink my teeth into, and I’m really proud of myself for pushing myself for this role.
“I’m so honored Bree chose to cast me in the role of Jasmine. I always know with Adult Time that we are going to be building something bigger than just a regular porno, and we’re bringing real emotions to set and fleshing out these characters with our own experiences," she continued. "Being a woman and a sex worker in the world has given us plenty of those experiences to draw from, so it’s really powerful. You’re going to love this movie.”
Fate shared, “I had an awesome time on set. I love working with Bree—she was the first director I ever worked with, so being on set with her always feels special. Working with Reagan Foxx is always amazing, too. She’s one of my favorite people to work with. This was such a fun scene to shoot—we got to dive into some dramatic acting, which we don’t always get to do. Yelling at each other right after a sex scene added a unique, intense energy that made it really enjoyable. We had a great time on set, and I can’t wait to see how it translates on screen.”
“This has been such an amazing project," remarked Jay. "I am honored to be a part of it. I feel just a lot closer to all of the ladies that I’ve worked with over the last few days. And, I feel like this movie is going to hit close to home and really resonate with women, especially women who have been through similar experiences.”
