BrainCash Releases 2257 Compliance Tools

Responding to the changes in U.S. 2257 regulations, affiliate program BrainCash has released a full set of 2257 compliance tools it calls the first complete such set.

"We had to come up with something very solid for our affiliates, and we took the necessary steps to cover all our bases," notes BrainCash owner Fred Valiquette. "With solid studios like Peter North, Lex Steele, Dog House Digital, Silverstone Video and our own to back us, we knew the documents were clean. That allowed us to concentrate on doing things right."

The toolkit includes all the necessary documents webmasters need to show 2257 compliance as well as additional tools to protect models' private information.

"Basically, we already had the database infrastructure in place last September," spokesman Patrice Gauthier says. "Thankfully, because we only deal with partnership producers, it was easy to get all the model releases and IDs very quickly. It was just a matter of putting everything in the database and making sure it was compliant."

So far, reaction to the BrainCash package has been quiet, Gauthier says, mostly because others have also issued 2257 products or announcements recently. "But I feel this is much more than anything else [that] anyone else has released yet," he says.

BrainCash also says that webmasters who want to use BrainCash-provided material must prove their commitment and confidentiality. A selection process is in place now to make approval fast and simple.

BrainCash launched through online content store AdultContent.ca in 2000 and expanded swiftly by way of deals with major adult performers and studios. The company now offers promotion of official sites for Peter North, Lexington Steele, Doghouse Digital, Silverstone, among others.
