Up-and-coming gay affiliate program BoyBling, home of popular flagship site BaitBuddies, has introduced two new “reality” sites: LostInDaHood and BigDickSearch.
The former site stars muscular ghetto thug Thugzilla as himself, a tough guy who intimidates those who have gotten “lost in da hood” into letting him have his way with them. BigDickSearch taps into the increasingly lucrative market of straight porn designed for gay surfers by depicting the X-rated antics of porn starlet Candi Apple as she searches for extra-hung hetero studs.
“With both websites, the uniqueness is derived from the main characters and narrators, because they are both the real deal,” says Hal Safran, president of BoyBling parent company Ergeo Inc. “Thugzilla is actually a tough, muscular ghetto thug with a huge dick who likes to fuck a lot—and he doesn’t care who’s watching. In BigDickSearch, the thread that holds it all together is Candi Apple. She truly loves dick, and it really shows in the videos she has done for [the site].”
If you’re wondering what a couple of gay guys are doing filming straight content, Safran says the popularity of hetero content among gay surfers is impossible to ignore. Yet, while BigDickSearch did convert gay traffic, it was surprisingly an even bigger hit among straight surfers, prompting BoyBling to offer the site in two formats: gay-oriented and straight-oriented.
Safran says both sites are “just a part of our rapidly progressing growth plan.” He adds that BoyBling currently is working on three additional reality sites to be launched in the coming months. In addition, the company will offer a series of live feeds to be broadcast from major cities in the U.S., with eventual feeds simulcast from other countries. A free, uncensored version of a live feed will be offered to affiliates in order to drive traffic to the pay sites.
In the meantime, Safran and the BoyBling team are reaping the rewards from the two new sites.
“In the end,” Safran says, “we wound up with two very unique properties.”
