Booble Receives U.S. Trademark

Adult search engine Booble.com is now a registered trademark, protected by the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.

As declared by Certificate of Registration by the United States of America, "The records of the United States Patent and Trademark Office show that an application for registration of the Mark show in this Certificate was filed in the Office; that the application was examined and determined to be in compliance with the requirement of the law and with the regulation prescribed by the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office; and that Applicant is entitled to registration of the Mark under the Trademark Act of the 1946, as Amended."

"We're pleased the Patent office recognized the power and uniqueness of the Booble brand," said Booble founder Bob "Booble Bob" Smart, whose dispute with Google was settled confidentially in 2004. "The Booble brand has a lot of value and this registration provides significant protection."

"Mainstream search engines return those sites that are best at optimization, not the sites that are most relevant. Booble can't be fooled, because websites are reviewed, organized and entered by hand."
