Black Ice Limited, the new all-black sister company to Zero Tolerance Entertainment, is looking toward performer/director Brian Pumper to build its brand.
The Bronx, N.Y. native said he is up to the task.
“Look, I’ve committed to working my way up the porn ladder and now it’s time – time for me [as a director] to bring the Flava of Brian Pumper to the masses,” Pumper said.
He continued, “Ever since I was a kid, growing up in a tough neighborhood, people tried to keep me down. But, uh uh – I’m nobody’s punk – I knew I’d be successful.”
Black Ice general manager Tony Santoro called Pumper "an interesting guy."
“To look at him you might think here’s just another guy in the business who wanted to get laid," Santoro said. "But I have to tell you, he’s much more than that. Brian’s a passionate guy who’s committed to making solid movies.”
Pumper, who began his adult career as talent, doesn’t see himself stopping that vocation.
“To be a complete director, I think you have to understand your talent," he said. "That’s why I don’t want to stop performing. Plus, a lot of these bitches are fine.”
“We are very excited to have Brian in our camp,” added Black Ice president Greg Alves. “He’s what this market [black-on-black and interracial genres] needs, a street guy with a perceptive eye.”
Pumper has also found a way to incorporate his passion for hip-hop into his videos.
“Hip Hop is a big part of who I am. It was there in the beginning - it’s there now – and it will be with me when I die,” he explained. “Thankfully, Greg has given me an opportunity to incorporate my own Hip Hop music into my movies. My music is like my sex – real, hard and passionate.”
Pumper added, “It’s about solid, clean, crisp, strong Sex … and juices. Ya’ gotta make it juicy.”
Black Ice will release the Pumper's Let Off In Me on Oct. 18 and Crazy Big Booty on Nov. 15.
