Las Vegas-based 3Deviants LLC, named for co-founders Joshua, Brett, and Dave, may be short on adult industry experience but long on big ideas about how to revolutionize the way people buy porn online.
In addition to their original-content websites (Pretty Hot Box, Desperate In Vegas, Las Vegas Blowjobs), the trio also builds and manages online presences for talent that specialize in a consumer-friendly attitude and a pricing model they believe will become the industry’s standard.
“We did our research and found that no one on the Internet was allowing the customers to really own the video they were watching without a contracted obligation,” says business and marketing guru Joshua. “So hence, we started with the idea that customers can purchase a video with one payment of $4.95 and never get re-billed.”
3Deviants is also devoted to renovating content delivery. “We’re really embracing the Web distribution side. We know that the consumer market is changing, and consumers want to be able to take video with them wherever they go—so we cater to that,” says self-described “tech god” Dave. “[We] think the future is broadband distribution of video to whatever medium [exists], whether that’s portable video device, television, or computer.”
