CHATSWORTH, Calif. - AVN is prominently featured in two mainstream news articles this week.
The San Fernando Valley Business Journal profiled AVN and founder Paul Fishbein in a July 21 article about the magazine's 25th anniversary. Writer Mark Madler interviewed Fishbein and later paid a visit to the AVN Adult Novelty Expo in Universal City.
Wired quoted Fishbein in a blog about the downturn in the adult video industry, examining the reasons for the slump in DVD sales. Also quoted in the piece are Wicked Pictures owner Steve Orenstein and Tony Medrano of SugarDVD.
