Ashley Blue Gets Her Day In Judge Mathis' Court

Ashley Blue is taking ex-boyfriend Trent Tesoro to the court of Judge Mathis, where she hopes to humiliate him in front of a televised audience. Judge Mathis is a daily televised small claims court show on the WB channel.

Blue and Tesoro in happier times.

According to Blue, Tesoro owes her $3,500. A portion of that amount was loaned to Tesoro to help his mother out, while the remainder is for loan she gave him for a deposit on his own apartment when the two broke up.

Since Tesoro isn’t working much these days, Blue had pretty much given up hope of ever being repaid. Then she learned that Judge Judy covered the costs of the judgment awarded to the plaintiff – meaning it didn’t matter that Tesoro didn’t have a dime, Blue could still get her money back.

“As soon I heard that I ran down to the small claims court and filed. Then I submitted to be on the Judge Judy show,” Blue said. “I guess all of the television judges work for the same company, because today I was called by the Judge Mathis people.”

Blue says that Tesoro was called by the show as well, and has agreed to do the show. So the former couple will head to Chicago next week, airfare and accommodations courtesy of Judge Mathis, and have their day in court.

“Obviously they want us because we’re a former porno couple. We’ll make good TV. The important thing is I’ll get my money,” Blue said.

“I’m just so pissed that he was that irresponsible. This is the least he can do to make it up to me,” she added.

No word yet on when the Judge Mathis episode with Blue and Tesoro will air.

And yes, Judge Greg Mathis, the star of the Judge Mathis show, is a real judge.
