Arrow Productions yesterday won a judgment of $54,000 against Extreme Associates for non-payment for duplicating work done by RP Duplications, Inc., of Northridge, of which Arrow owner Ray Pistol is president.
Pistol told AVN.com, “We have 75 of their masters and we intend to auction them off. We did duplication for Extreme and they didn’t pay us, and we’re going to be setting up an auction next week.
“If they don’t go for $54,000, then Extreme movies will become Arrow movies.”
Pistol says he wants “to put the industry on notice not to be making any deals on those 75 titles. They should check with us first.”
The judgment was handed down in Superior Court in Van Nuys, where the suit was filed nine months ago by attorney Al Gelbart.
