The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has just declared that the state's anti-adult billboard law, which was signed into law several months ago, unconstitutional.
"This ruling will hopefully send a message to all of the other states that had fallen in line behind Missouri to enact this law," said Nellie Symm-Gruender, co-owner of Passions Video and a plaintiff in the federal court action. "Lion's Den was the other plaintiff in this lawsuit, and our legal team headed by Mike Murray and Dick Bryant have been unrelenting in fighting this law."
