LOS ANGELES—The 2025 AVN Female Performer of the Year Anna Claire Clouds stars in The Sex Therapist 7 from Sweet Sinner, Mile High Media's couples’ erotica studio. The movie is available now in all formats.
Clouds explores her dramatic side for director Mike Quasar in his newest chapter of the series. The cast includes Rachael Cavalli and Andi Avalon, along with veteran studs Codey Steele, Ryan Driller and Ryan McLane.

Shot in 4K Ultra HD, The Sex Therapist 7 tells the story of Ryan, a marriage counselor who deals with the usual issues that couples face. His colleague Rachel refers Anna and her husband to him with the warning that he should try not to fall in love with her. Having no idea what she means, he begins sessions with the couple only to discover that he is, indeed, falling in love with her as boundaries are crossed and loyalties are challenged in this erotic drama.
