Amateur video production and distribution company AMVC.com today announced its acquisition of all-world rights to the entire video library of amateur gay video production company Cams On Demand.
Approximately 16 videos (which already had appeared on AMVC’s website), some unreleased footage, several domain names, and digital images and video clips were included in the purchase for an undisclosed amount.
The purchase marks the company’s fourth of an outside video company, AMVC co-owner Allen McNulty says, “We’ve gotten pretty good at making this a smooth transition, and this one seems to have gone without a hitch.”
