Though Southern California is the haven of adult entertainment, CBS News has found that some of them are being filmed in posh neighborhoods like Bel Air. The neighbors of 10755 Stradella Court claim that there are ongoing porno shoots at this address. CBS showed up for a visit, and found the scene of a Geisha girl and a policewoman engaged in a sexual act.\n Scenes of this nature brought out many onlookers, including many concerned parents who feel that it brings their kids into a sight that they don't want them neighboring. All film companies have the First Amendment right to freedom of experssion, but neighbors have the right not to be subjected to lewd conduct. Is this a question of the balance of rights? Is the adult industry crossing the line?\n According to the film permit for that particular shoot on Stradella Court, nudity and/or sexual activity may not be visual or audible to the public. Though the LAPD asserted their power in firmly stating that the law does not allow lewd conduct to be exposed in public view, there really isn't much else they can do.\n Yes, the adult industry is crossing the line. Yes, this is a question of the balance of rights. But nude Geishas and policewoman are frolicking around in the backyard next door, and no real action has been taken. Yet.
