Hot Rats was no fluke. Spain’s Narcis Bosch is a major talent. For style, inventiveness, sheer entertainment, not to mention searing sex, his movies are in a class by themselves.
Crazy Bullets is a dark but funny fantasia on gangster films: “A guy, a gun and a sayonara, baby.” The early scenes, with three hit men looking for loot, are a loving hommage to Reservoir Dogs.
“Ju don’t want to fuck wit’ us,” Ramon Guevara says, in his Spanish accent (not dubbed). He’s talking to Michelle Wild, in white wedding finery and a ballgag. The gag comes off and the bride does a blowbang.
All but one sex scene is three or more people. The divine Katsumi appears in two, including a gaping d.p. with a post-cumshot shocker.
Bosch shoots lots of footage from different angles so he has plenty to edit with. His scenes have the kind of fluidity and rhythm you’d expect from a mainstream movie.
And shooting for IFG, he can afford an international all-star cast. When a director hires Belladonna and uses her only in a group grope, you know that, talent-wise, he’s loaded.
A new kind of Europorn, hip and hot.
Marketing: Considerable appeal beyond the usual porn market.
