Adult Who’s Who Version 2.0 Launches

AdultWhosWho.com version 2.0, a networking and community-building resource for professionals in the adult entertainment industry, has launched.

The developers feel that version 2.0 makes AdultWhosWho.com the community site that is lacking in the adult industry and a way for affiliates and site owners to introduce themselves to each other, or to be introduced by people they already trust. It allows face-to-face contact without having to attend every show or meet every person and to remember the people whom one has met at the shows.

Improvements in version 2.0 include individual profiles with individual logins, the ability for every member to upload his or her own pics and make changes to his or her own bio (including work history), shout-outs about which members will be attending which real-world webmaster events, searchable thumbnail images to make finding other members by looks instead of name easier, friend-adding facility, professional-relationship charts to make finding “friends of friends” easier, and an internal messaging system.

“There are other features in there as well, but you get the idea,” says marketing guy Derek Meklir. “This is not a webmaster board; it is a community site where webmasters, marketers, designers, talent, photographers, and service providers all get to know each other and become a part of the adult community.

“As always, we are not allowing the search-engine spiders to crawl the site, so your info won’t be grabbed by Google or Yahoo! from AdultWhosWho.com,” he continues.

New login details will be sent to current members on July 19, Meklir says.
