Adult Entertainers To Protest L.A. Contact Ban Bid

Over two hundred adult entertainers and fans are expected to protest and rally outside The Score Club June 17, against a proposed city ordinance to ban physical contact between entertainers and their audiences within the city.

The proposed ordinance would cover all bars, clubs, events, and other kinds of live performances in Los Angeles. Protesters will be seen marching in front of the Score Club with placards and banners, and they plan media interviews and a live panel discussion as well as the protest rally, recorded by Conway and Steckler of KLSX Radio, for broadcast later in the evening.

The panelists will include assorted performers, legal experts, and club owners and managers, among others, organizers said.

The rally begins at 2 p.m. outside the Score Club on Santa Fe Avenue in Los Angeles. For more information, visit the Score Club on the Web or call (323) 588-8898.
