Adult DVD Empire is going a la carte. They launched a menu of A La CarteDVD rentals September 21.
"We feel that it is our duty to offer consumers the most purchasing options available,” said operations director Mike Barry announcing the new rental program. “We had customers asking if there was another way to rent DVDs without signing up for a monthly subscription so we came up with the A La Carte option - want to have something for everyone.”
You can now rent one DVD at a time with no subscription, strings attached, for fifteen business days, Barry said, with single DVDs rented for a $4.99 one-time fee, no shipping charge, and a prepaid return envelope included.
All A La Carte DVD rentals are shipped the next business day after you order, and you face no dollar-a-day late fee if you return it by the fifteenth business day.
