Adult DVD Empire, three-time winner of the AVN Award for Best Retail Website, broke existing sales records in December 2005 by selling more Vivid DVDs in a one-month period than any other studio in its eight-year history. A Vivid promotion of “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” deals on feature and compilation DVDs proved to be a success for both Adult DVD Empire and Vivid Entertainment.
