Adult companies have united to sponsor a Nicki Hunter C.A.R.E. Benefit Bash to aid the performer in her battle with cancer. The event will take place on April 19 at Forbidden City (1718 Vine St.) in Hollywood with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Hunter C.A.R.E. Foundation. The event will run from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Organized by All Media Play and Red Light District's Debbie Schwarz, a number of companies have already pledged financial support including AVN, SexZ Pictures, Red Light District, Hot Movies, Shane's World, Wildlife, AEBN, X-Play, and Northstar Associates, with more to be announced. All Media Play's Jeff Mullen explained that every company in the adult industry is encouraged to make a tax deductible donation to Hunter C.A.R.E. A limited amount of tickets to the event will also be sold to fans.
"Just because this is a benefit party, doesn't mean it won't be wild, dirty and fun," said Mullen. "People know the type of parties we have thrown in the past so in addition to having fun, we'll be raising money for a good cause. Plus, porn babes eighteen and above can get in, so it will be filled with eager-to-please beauties."
There will be an entrance donation of 20 dollars and Forbidden City will be donating a substantial portion of the bar receipts to Hunter C.A.R.E. as well.
Mullen explained that corporate donations are encouraged to be in the $1,000 range and up; also available are $500 banners that will display a company's logo throughout the club. Individual donations of any size are appreciated as well.
"Those interested in making a tax deductible donation should contact me," explained Schwarz, who is a close friend of Hunter's and has been instrumental in getting the event organized.
For corporate or personal donations, contact Debbie Schwarz at (818) 825-5462 or e-mail her at [email protected].
"We look forward to all of the porn companies and the talent agencies to come down and bring every beauty in their stable to this benefit bash," said Scott David of All Media Play.
"There is no RSVP for the party, simply show up at the club with twenty dollars in your hand and bring some friends," added Mullen.
