Adam & Eve Pictures, the production house for Adam & Eve, announced that beginning in May new videos sold through the Adam & Eve wholesale division will be released in DVD format only.
Due to heavy demand for DVD titles, Adam & Eve Wholesale will no longer release new productions in VHS format.
“The industry has spoken,” Jason Hoke, director of sales and marketing for Adam & Eve Pictures, said. “We are looking forward to focusing our efforts on DVD in 2005.”
For customers who have not yet switched over to DVD, the Adam & Eve mail order catalog will continue to offer a choice of DVD and VHS formats.
As a bonus, Adam & Eve Wholesale will be taking immediate steps to liquidate current VHS inventory on hand. Deep discounts and “grab bags” will be available.
